Won't you please tell us something about yourself?

I'm 46 years old. I'm do engineering/manufacturing technical support and documentation for my company. I've worked here 20+ years. I like movies. I cap when I can. I competed in one international Chinese Kungfu tournament in Taiwan some years ago. I didn't win. I'm a volunteer ranger at Brazos Bend State Park

Any significance to your capping handle?

Many years ago... early 90's, I think, I was part of a bulletin board group who owned Basenjis. My Basenji's name is Anubis. I started signing emails with "Rickubis"--Rick + (an)ubis. I've used this as a handle since then.

How did you discover Caption This! and/or Inventing Situations?

I can't really remember. I stumbled onto it one evening a long time ago, and had fun. Like many other cappers, I got tired of Scifi's messing around with CT, and migrated to IS as soon as it appeared.

When do you usually cap?

During the day, when I can. Lunchtime if weather is bad. Sometimes in the evening if I have time.
