Been capping since:  Well, I can remember from about 1999, but there's evidence that suggests before then.

Favorite stuff to cap:  Capping, for me, is like snacking.  What I like all depends on what's available at any given moment.

I cap:  That all depends on when I have the time, but mostly any and every evening of the week.

My guiltiest guilty pleasure:  I think it would suffice to say that anyone who's capped with me since I started at GlitterRock's board already knows.
